MY STUDIES

How do I get access to my timetable?

You can view your timetable from your ENT (digital learning space), accessible via this link: https://ent.u-bordeaux.fr/

What date does the academic year start?

The dates for the start of classes will be released when they are known by each faculty. You will find them in your timetable, on your digital learning space.

I can’t activate my IDNUM, I do not know or have forgotten my access codes for the ENT (digital learning space). How can I retrieve them?

Your “access codes” are your digital ID that you were provided with in the form of a “IDNUM passport” at the start of the year.

  • If you have forgotten your password and the information required to reset it (question/answer and/or personal code) please contact your registrar’s office, which will be able to reissue you another “IDNUM passport” on a one-off basis. Consult the directory.

The “IDNUM passport” contains the information required to activate your digital identity (GRHUM code, activation code, username). These details can also be used in case you forget your personal password.

  • If you have only forgotten your password but still have the other information, you can reset it online.

NB: You must have your IDNUM login + your student number (found on your AquiPASS card or school certificate) + and the answer to the security question at your disposal when you activate your IDNUM.

  • If you have only forgotten your username, you can find it online.

Warning: You must have your student number (found on your AquiPASS card or attendance certificate) and your INE code (student national identification number) to hand.
