In just a few clicks you can access your inbox, online classes, timetable, and a whole host of online services offered by the university.

DIGITAL IDENTITY

After you have enrolled, you have to activate your digital identity (IDNUM) using the information on your AquiPASS card and your attendance certificate. Then you will discover the university’s online apps and services.

DIGITAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT (ENT)

Through this portal to all your online services, browse your digital learning environment and discover its apps: student file, inbox, directory, news, teaching platforms, course support, self-assessment, exercises, learning resources.

Moodle

It is an educational platform where most of the educational resources and tools that will be useful during your university career are centralised 

This tool is accessible via your ENT, in the "formation" section, then "plateformes pédagogiques".

INBOX

Your email address (firstname.surname@etu.u-bordeaux.fr) allows you to receive information about your course for the duration of your degree program. Make sure you check it regularly.

Rocket Chat

It's a chat application between users of the University of Bordeaux. It allows you to start a discussion, join a discussion channel, create a private discussion and invite users to join this channel and search for messages already posted.

U & ME APP

With the U & me mobile app you can quickly and easily locate the key players in your university life, keep up to date on university news and never miss out on events that will make your campus life a great experience.

U & Me is available on the Appstore and Google Play, is updated regularly and is automatically refreshed every time you click on the app.

Submit your request :

  • online from the ENT in the "Service en ligne " section, then "demande et suivi d’assistance".
  • by email for any support request related to Zoom or your IDNUM, zoom@u-bordeaux.fr and idnum@u-bordeaux.fr.

Flagging Phishing and spam emails from Zimbra

If you receive fraudulent emails, please mark them as spam from your Zimbra institutional email account, so that your mailbox can improve their recognition.

Do you have doubts about the authenticity of an email? Do you suspect you have fallen victim to a scam?
Immediately notify the Digital Services Centre and forward any suspicious elements to csn@u-bordeaux.fr.

Remember to secure your computer and change your password immediately. Without this change, the attacker can continue to use the obtained access.
Also consider reporting the phishing attempt on the government website internet-signalement.gouv.fr
